Tagling is a brand-new smart QR pet tag preparing to launch into the Australian market. The product is built, the brand voice is distinctive, and the site is in place behind a password gate. What isn't yet built is the paid acquisition infrastructure needed to go from zero to meaningful customer volume - no ad accounts live, no tracking verified, no creative in market.
This proposal covers exactly that gap - the infrastructure, accounts, and creative needed to switch on Google and Meta as paid channels, plus a validation month to establish baseline performance before anyone talks about scale. We deliberately keep Phase 1 to two channels so the team can focus on learning fast, cleanly, and without splitting attention; TikTok is recommended as a post-validation expansion once Google and Meta are proven. It does not include rebuilding landing pages; we'll provide comprehensive written feedback on the homepage and product page's copy, hierarchy, and CRO instead, so the product team can action what matters before spend ramps.

Ad spend is paid directly to Google and Meta. We don't take a percentage of spend and never will, our incentives stay aligned with yours. $1,500 per channel is enough to generate useful learning signal during the validation month, or $3,000/mo total across Google + Meta. Budget can expand (and TikTok can be added as a third channel) once validation data is in hand. We'll advise on reallocation based on what performs.
